10. How do I select my service for alternate months?
Once your monthly payment is deducted, our team will contact you within 2-3 days to confirm your preferred service for that cycle.
Important Note:
Services must be used within the pre-set months: Month 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and so on.
Unused services cannot be carried forward to the next month.
11. What happens if I don’t select my service in time?
No worries!
Our Customer Service team will give you 2–3 calls before the 25th of the month to confirm your preferred service.
However, if we’re unable to reach you or you don’t confirm your selection by the 25th, your service for that cycle will be forfeited.
12. How do I make my monthly payment?
Your subscription fee will be auto-deducted every month. If you’d like to add a top-up service (RM50 per additional service), just contact our team to arrange it.
13. Can I pay in cash?
Unfortunately, no. We practise a cashless payment process, and all payments are made online through our platforms.
Monthly Subscription Plan: Payment is made via our online platform.
Top-Up Service: Simply contact our Customer Service and proceed with bank transfer.
14. How do I cancel or terminate my subscription plan?
If you wish to cancel, simply contact our customer service team, and they’ll assist you with the process.

18. Can I change my selected service after confirming it?
Yes, you can! You just need to contact our Customer Service Team at least 3 days before your confirmed service date to make the change.
If you’re unsure which service to pick, we’re happy to help you choose the most suitable one for your needs.
19. Can I book the service for a specific day or time?
We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule! After confirming your service, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time based on availability.
20. Is there a refund if I skip a service or cancel?
Since this is a subscription plan, we’re unable to offer refunds for unused or skipped services. However, you may still enjoy the plan benefits as long as your subscription is active!

Yes, you can! If you’d like to transfer your plan to a friend or family member, just let our customer service team know in advance. We’re happy to assist.

23. How long is the Part-Time Cleaning Service under this Subscription Plan?
For this package, you’ll get either 2 cleaners for 2 hours or 1 cleaner for 4 hours, and yes — equipment & tools are included for every session.
24. How long does each service usually take?
On average, each service takes around 2–3 hours depending on the type of service selected.
25. Can I choose the same service every time?
Yes, absolutely! However, your first service must be from the Upholstery Cleaning category (Mattress or Sofa Cleaning Service). After that, you're free to choose the same service repeatedly or switch it up based on your needs.
26. How do the free Curtain, Pillow, and Toilet Glass Cleaning services work?
Great question! Every time you select a service other than Part-Time Cleaning, we’ll automatically include these three complimentary add-ons:

27. Are equipment and tools included for all services?

28. I noticed there are two plans — what’s the difference?
Great question! We actually offer two types of plans to suit different needs:
RM88 Premium Plan: A monthly subscription that gives you 12 services a year. You’ll have access to 4 service options and can use it at any household address — super flexible and perfect for families or those with multiple properties!
RM69 Standard Plan: A monthly subscription with 6 services a year, also with 4 service options, but it’s limited to just 2 household addresses.
Bonus: Both plans let you top up an extra service for just RM50, so feel free to mix and match based on your needs!
